GIVING: AN ACT OF WORSHIP
Importance of generosity
Giving is a privilege. God gave us the greatest gift in His Son, Jesus Christ, who gave His life for us. We don't give out of obligation or to earn God's favor; we give as an outpouring of hearts that worship Him. God calls us to be faithful stewards of all He has entrusted to us, and giving is an act of worship that pleases Him and grows our faith.
Why Lighthouse?
Through Lighthouse, your giving reaches far beyond Sunday morning. Together we support more than 85 missionaries, most of them church planters serving around the world. We partner with children's homes across the globe and help our missionaries reach children and youth through VBS and special outreaches. Close to home, our benevolence ministry meets needs in our church and community. Every gift helps carry the Gospel to the nations.
What giving supports
Your tithes and offerings help Lighthouse Baptist Church carry out the work of ministry. Tithes care for the needs of our church, including our building, staff, and music and media ministries. Offerings reach beyond our walls through missions, benevolence for people in our church and community, and children's homes around the world.
